Reach Forgiveness Group

Are you drinking the cup of poison in hopes that someone else will suffer? That's the dysfunction and futility of unforgiveness. This seven week group will walk you through the steps of forgiveness so you can finally let go of the bitterness and resentment that are keeping you in emotional bondage. It is both psychoeducational and experiential, so participants will take part in role playing and writing exercises to help them access and process the deep wounds caused by betrayal, abuse, rejection, and more. It is based on an evidence-based, well-vetted program that has a proven record of effectiveness for those who are willing to open their minds and hearts to healing. Cost is $300 and payment is due prior to the first class. There are no refunds. Therapist is willing to do a private make-up lesson at no cost in the event that a participant must miss a class.…
