Kathy’s therapeutic approach is eclectic in that she uses a variety of evidence-based interventions to create a custom plan for adolescent, teen, and adult clients. She also incorporates elements of many other therapeutic modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and CBT. She brings 59 years of life experience to her work as well! She understands loss, disappointment, sadness, and consuming anxiety on a personal level and will join you in those uncomfortable spaces with genuine care, understanding, and acceptance.
