Group Therapy

Research has shown that group therapy has unique benefits over individual therapy including not feeling alone in your problem (universality), interpersonal learning and gaining insight from others, group support and cohesiveness, a sense of belonging and camaraderie, development of socializing skills, and catharsis (experiencing and
releasing pent-up emotion). Group therapy is also short-term, about six weeks in most cases, and less expensive than individual therapy. Most group sessions are between $250-$500  per person, depending on the number of sessions. Please see the “Groups” tab for details, dates, and costs of upcoming groups.
